WMS allows manufacturers to analyse common faults, launch and manage product quality investigations, track replacement parts and parts returns for investigative purposes, manage parts supplier quality and process back-to-back supplier warranty claims and replacement cost recovery.

nTegrasys WMS 2.0 was completely rebuilt from the ground up by nTegrasys for Proton Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian national carmaker, in a project from 2006 to 2008 and has remained in constant use since with 24/7 access by hundreds of users throughout their global distributor and supplier network. To date Proton has used WMS to process millions of car sales transactions and hundreds of millions of dollars of warranty claims, helping to reduce claims per sale and improve product quality.
