Central Booking System
nTegrasys Central Booking System is an intranet based application that enables complex service industries to manage resource bookings using multiple resource calendars for multiple service locations and take real-time appointment bookings via multiple websites, two way SMS, and telephone operator input. Customer reservations are then available to service staff in each location for check-in and check-out, including an integrated queue ticketing and call/display system.

Case Study
This system was originally designed and built in 2009 for the multi-franchise vehicle distributor Cycle & Carriage in Singapore and has been continually enriched with new features ever since. C&C operate nine service centres throughout Singapore serving four vehicle brands and take real-time service bookings via four separate branded websites into one Central Booking System.
