Warranty Management System
nTegrasys Warranty Management System is part of our Automotive Partner Portal Suite designed for automotive manufacturers to allow their global distributor/dealer network to access the latest product information, register vehicle sales and upload customer information, manage service and recall campaigns, view the latest service bulletins and download technical manuals and data, as well as submit and track warranty claims. WMS allows manufacturers to analyse common faults, launch and manage product quality investigations, track replacement parts and parts returns for investigative purposes, manage parts supplier quality and process back-to-back supplier warranty claims and replacement cost recovery.
Case Study
nTegrasys WMS 2.0 was completely rebuilt from the ground up by nTegrasys for Proton Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian national carmaker, in a project from 2006 to 2008 and has remained in constant use since with 24/7 access by hundreds of users throughout their global distributor and supplier network. To date Proton has used WMS to process millions of car sales transactions and hundreds of millions of dollars of warranty claims, helping to reduce claims per sale and improve product quality.
E-Order
nTegrasys E-Order is as an online self-service product ordering system, and part of our Automotive Partner Portal Suite. E-Order enables your larger customers/stockists to generate their own quotations and place/track their own orders online. Designed to integrate in real-time with your ERP systems such as parts calalog, stock, accounting and sales order processing systems, and with a rules based automatic and manual approval process, this online partner portal can both dramtically reduce your administrative overhead while empowering your customers to drive the pace of the end-to-end quotation and ordering process.
Case Study
Cycle & Carriage in Singapore use this system with real-time interfaces to their ADP (Kerridge) Autoline system, allowing access to their Product Database for real-time stock levels and pricing, access to their Accounts Receivables for discounts and online credit checks, plus access to their Sales Order Processing system for automatic order genertion of approved orders.
Central Booking System
nTegrasys Central Booking System is an intranet based application that enables complex service industries to manage resource bookings using multiple resource calendars for multiple service locations and take real-time appointment bookings via multiple websites, two way SMS, and telephone operator input. Customer reservations are then available to service staff in each location for check-in and check-out, including an integrated queue ticketing and call/display system.

This system was originally designed and built in 2009 for the multi-franchise vehicle distributor Cycle & Carriage in Singapore and has been continually enriched with new features ever since. C&C operate nine service centres throughout Singapore serving four vehicle brands and take real-time service bookings via four separate branded websites into one Central Booking System.
